I knew it would be pushing things to try and do a wolf face and it worked better than I thought it would. I don’t know how much of me shows through but I was able to get the parts of the face mostly lined up ok.

Self Portrait: High Key
Here is a standard clamshell high key portrait of me. I probably need to go back and increase the exposure on the lower half of my face a little but it works for now and I’ll be using it for the next two self portraits I do. Stay tuned for the next two weeks to see what happens!
EDIT: I need to give my mother-in-law credit! I set up the lighting and got everything ready but she actually took this picture. So really a portrait. Thanks Jayne!
High Key Grunge
When we had friends over for dinner and games, we ran out of time taking pictures to do both high key and low key photos of everyone. I thought it would be neat to process a couple of the high key images with a grungy/sports style. It was hit and miss but worked out really well for a couple. I still like the low key combo better but this reminds me of stuff I’ve seen on movie posters or promo material for Game of Thrones.
